Job Details

·       Provide administrative support to multiple Vice Presidents of Supply Chain

·       Support the VPs with travel arrangements, calendar management and daily meeting planning

·       Schedule meetings with attendees in various international time zones

·       Assist with travel for team members and plan ahead to accommodate international schedules

·       Flexible to meetings/requests that occur outside of normal business hours

·       Prepare reports, presentations and communications for the team as necessary

·       Coordinate and plan departmental meetings and events

·       Process invoices, ensuring they are coded appropriately

·       Review and prepare expense reports

·       Provide back-up assistance to Executive Assistant, Supply Chain Services, as needed

·       Manage supplies, equipment and other materials for the department

·       Assist on other administrative projects/tasks as needed

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills
  • High-level of accountability & independence at work
  • Proven basic project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Intelex, Concur, Ariba
  • Judgement to carefully handle confidential documents and information
