We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at 135 N Madison Rd, Orange, Va 22960
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving sales targets
- Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing stock
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assist in creating schedules
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Participate in loss prevention efforts and maintain store security
- Analyze sales data and contribute to strategies for improving store performance
Calificaciones
- Proven experience in retail or customer service, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiences
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Office and POS systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of financial management and inventory control
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
