The Coordinator, Customer Incentives will act as a support to the Gift Card and Pizza Concierge Team.  This team member will manage the Gift Card Mailbox, provide marketing support to Gift, and manage internal Gift Card requests.   This team member will also be the team financial support and be responsible for GC invoices, PC expenses and invoices. 


(40%) Domino’s Gift Card Program Support

  • Manage Domino’s Gift Card Mailbox
    • Review/approve new direct-buy customer applications from B2B portal; company information search as needed along with follow up communication
    • Provide B2B customer support, order and payment assistance as needed
    • Process & fulfill orders for select B2B customers based on customer requirements along with processing payments as needed
    • Handle customer care inquiries (card source, balance inquiries, redemption history)
  • Marketing Support review
    • Review/approve Domino’s branding within merchant ads & signage for marketing and promotional material.  Review for proper use of name, card art and any related imagery as well as proper use of registration marks and related disclaimers
    • Provide access to brand assets for development of support material upon request
  • Process internal department gift card orders and manage new program approvals
    • Process and fulfill internal orders in a timely manner and provide detailed weekly summaries to Finance for tracking and billing
    • Review new B2B program offerings from established partners and creative assets related to new program launches (card art, name, T&Cs etc.)

(60%) Gift Card and Pizza Concierge Finance Support

  • Review and submit for payment all DOMGC invoices
  • Prepare PC customer order expenses monthly and match against BOA worksheet
    • Reconcile and submit expenses each month
  • Invoice all PC customers monthly
    • Prepare monthly statement to show past due 30, 60, 90
    • Send past due notices
  • Prepare customer order and ticket data each month for analysis
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT to support change in process
  • Maintain Domino’s Connect with Pizza Concierge customer financial data


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong Microsoft Excel/data manipulation knowledge and skills
  • Proven experience in customer service and building and maintaining relationships
  • Detail oriented, analytical with excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Role requires occasional travel- weekend and/or evening & holiday work may be required
