The Senior Compensation Analyst will focus on supporting either (1) the corporate compensation of domestic and international team members or (2) compensation for Domino’s business operations (TUSA and/or Supply Chain). Responsibilities span the elements of compensation design, management, and analysis. Compensation program design includes salary and incentive structures, pay policy and governance. Compensation plan management includes changes to base pay, short-term and long-term incentives. Compensation evaluation and analysis refers to job analysis, evaluation and classification, survey participation, policy, and benchmarking of both roles and structures. This role works closely with HR Business reps to support the business, teams and leaders. Communication of plans and policies along with vendor relations and management. This role may also provide support or help with administration for Executive Compensation and/or Global Mobility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support compensation projects which are aligned to the organization’s strategy and business goals
Adhere to project plans, with timely action on all goals and objectives
Manage cross functional communication, ensuring all stakeholders consulted
Understand criteria for success, and continuously measure success for each project
Lead regular data audits to ensure data integrity
Support Annual Compensation Programs to Ensure Successful Outcomes
Short Term Incentives (TAD)
Pay for Performance (or merit)
Survey support / benchmarking
Provide Day-to-day Client Group Support of Compensation Needs Coordinating Closely with HR Business Partners
Provide recommendations for new hire salaries, promotional increases, evaluating candidate experience, qualifications, internal equity issues
Provide key reporting and analytics to HRBPs to ensure they have the necessary resources to make compensation decisions for their client groups
Conduct compensation assessments, proactively seeking market intelligence to inform solutions for assigned clients
Evaluate, level and determine appropriate market value for new and existing jobs within job architecture
Support other members of Total Rewards team as needed
Calificaciones
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
3 years’ experience in Compensation or Total Rewards
Ability to understand and relate to multiple stakeholders,
Exceptional analytical skills with a commitment to accuracy and detail
Advanced Excel knowledge a plus
